This policy explains when and how you can get a refund for a subscription to any Dev Devices product, sold through Lemon Squeezy as our reseller and Merchant of Record.
1. Full refund within 14 days
If you ask for it within the first 14 days from the first purchase of a subscription, we will give you a full refund. To request it, reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt or write to help@devdevices.com.
2. After the first 14 days
After that period we do not give partial refunds for the current billing period. You can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again; the subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
3. Plan changes
When you upgrade or downgrade your plan, the difference is prorated automatically.
4. How refunds are processed
Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and Merchant of Record for all our orders. The refund is returned to the same payment method used for the purchase.
